We are pleased to announce that from Monday 15 June 2020 we will be reopening our practice, however initially this will only be in a limited capacity for urgent and emergency treatments.

We have detailed below how emergency care will be provided in this first stage.

PLEASE NOTE that ALL regular dental care (i.e. Checkups and Hygienist appointments) have been postponed.

Please only attend the practice if your appointment has been confirmed by our Patient Care Team.

Please be assured we have not forgotten you, so you do not need to call us unless you have an emergency.

Step 1 - Contacting the Practice

Our Patient Care team can be contacted from 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday by:

We ask that you do not attend the practice as you will not be able to gain entry without an appointment.

We would recommend if your enquiry is non urgent to call later in the day as our telephones are extremely busy in the mornings.

Step 2 - Triaging your Enquiry

Our patient care team will take details of your enquiry, provide advice and if necessary will pass your details on to one of our dentists who will telephone you, normally within 1 hour.
When our dentist calls you they will assess your needs for any specific urgent care requirements.

If our dentist recommends that you need to visit the practice they will first carry out a patient risk assessment and then book you an appointment to visit the practice which in most cases will be the next working day.

Step 3 - Visiting the Practice

Prior to visiting the practice for your emergency treatment our patient care team will first telephone you and advise you as to how your visit will be managed and what is expected from you and cover any questions you may have. This is necessary to help reduce any risk to you or our team.
Please, only visit the practice if you have an emergency appointment that has been confirmed by our patient care team as you will not be able to gain entry.
