Eligibility: The Bright and Fresh Smile Package is available to new and existing patients. All treatments are subject to a full dental health examination to ensure suitability.
Booking: Confirmation of booking is subject to availability.
Full Dental Health Examination: Prior to receiving the package services, patients must undergo a comprehensive dental health examination. This examination ensures that all treatments provided are safe and appropriate for the patient’s dental condition.
Treatment Consent: By booking the Bright and Fresh Smile Package, the patient consents to the included treatments: digital scan, air flow stain removal, and teeth whitening. Any additional treatments required will be discussed and consented to separately.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
Payment: Payment for the Bright and Fresh Smile Package is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Refunds: The Bright and Fresh Smile Package is non-refundable once services have commenced. Refunds for prepaid services will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the dental practice.

This base price is applicable if you choose the standard whitening gel (phillips zoom), which includes up to three tubes. Alternative whitening gels are available at varying prices. Any additional costs for different gel options will be communicated and billed separately.
