Dental Treatment Coordinator - Full Time
We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy Dental Practice in Evesham Worcestershire.
Previous dental experience would be an advantage, but not essential as we are also welcoming applications from individuals with previous experience in a customer sales, telesales or other treatment coordinating roles, who are looking to learn new skills .
Dental Treatment Coordinator role and responsibilities
To follow and implement the practices new and existing patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for both new and existing patients.
Manage patient enquiries according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required and followed up.
Conduct Telephone Consultations/Call-backs with both new and existing patients with the aim of building rapport and providing patients with information on the services that they have expressed an interest in or require. Completing all necessary notes and reporting.
Assist patients on their journey through the consultation and treatment process and ensure all enquiries and appointments are followed-up, managed accurately and quickly.
Working with the dental team to produce, follow-up and manage patient’s treatment plans and appointment scheduling.
Reporting to the Business and Clinical Managers in regard to performance against targets and practice workflow.
Handle patients payments to the practice and manage records of financial transactions from patient treatment plans.
Work with the management team to develop and ensure the highest levels of patient care.
Required skills and experience
• A good standard of formal education
• Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
• Ability to perform in a service-focused environment
• Personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
• Fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
Salary and benefits:
A competitive starting salary dependant on experience and the opportunity to increase this through training and development - £12.00 ph (£24,648.00 pa) - £14.00 ph (£28,756.00)

Trainee Dental Nurse
We require at our busy dental practice a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
This position involves working in both a clinical and administrative environment.
The role is full time 39.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
The position includes a funded Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, together with a competitive salary dependant on experience.

Dental Hygienist - Part time opportunity
Days availble - Monday & Tuesday 9am – 6pm, Thursday 2pm – 6pm & Fridays 9am – 2pm.
Revenue share 45% split depending on experience.
Established patient list with 30 minute appointments.
All candidates must be registered with the GDC as a Hygienist and hold a valid DBS to be considered
