Our Oral Surgery Procedures:

1. Wisdom Tooth Removal
Specialised surgical extraction of impacted or problematic wisdom teeth, relieving pain and preventing potential complications such as infections, cysts, or crowding.

2. Extraction of Retained Roots and Challenging/Failed Extractions
Careful removal of roots left behind after previous extractions or difficult-to-remove teeth, using advanced techniques to ensure safe and complete removal.

3. Coronectomies
A procedure to remove the crown of a tooth while leaving the roots intact, typically performed to avoid complications with nearby nerves, such as the inferior alveolar nerve.

4. Open and Closed Exposure and Bonding of Ectopic Canines
Surgical access and assistance for aligning canines that are impacted or misplaced. This may involve exposing the tooth and bonding it with an orthodontic appliance to guide it into position.

5. Socket Preservation and Bone Grafting
Performed after tooth extraction to preserve bone and gum structure, especially for future treatments like dental implants. Bone grafting involves placing graft material in the socket to maintain bone volume.

6. Frenectomies
A minor surgical procedure to remove or modify the frenulum (a small tissue fold in the mouth) to address issues like restricted tongue or lip movement, improving speech or oral function.
